Savage Kryptek stock on Axis 2 model

I am interested in purchasing a 223 caliber, heavy barrel Axis 2 from a company in Ohio which presently has them on sale. They show 2 models, one with the usual black stock and one with a camo "Kryptek" stock which is selling for $30 more. I'm not interested in paying an extra $30 for the camouflage finish, but would gladly pay an extra $30 if the Kryptek is stiffer and more resistant to flexing. Can anyone provide any into ? Thanks in advance.

I have the same rifle with the “Kryptek” stock. Appears to me to be the same as the regular Axis stock. I put Rock-Tite in mine.

Same stocks. But what he said above. There is an internal honeycomb. You fill that with resin to stiffen it. I replaced mine with a boyds stock.
