Savage MKII TR 17hmr

I would like to have my Savage TR stock bedded (there is not anything even under the front magazine screw for it to pull against, when you torque the screw it pulls the metal magazine plate in) and possibly add a third action screw(have seen this somewhere else but can't seem to find it now.) Would like to know who could do this job? ???
