    110 Wolverine Optic

I ordered a 450 Wolverine and will have it next week. I hunt in a thick, swampy area. I'm only 30-50 yards from most deer. I want a short range scope like a 1-6x. Any suggestions? Budget $300, maybe a little more. Thanks!!

In that type situation, id be apt to not have any scope, but a receiver mounted iorn sight instead.
If I did it would be a very low powered one not over 2x, and probably with a mount still allowing for using the iorn sights.
One of those old El Paso Weavers in 1.5 power would be just the ticket.

A red dot would be the ticket if open sights don't fill your desires. Im with yobuck on open sights though.
The Dunning-Kruger effect is alive and well.

I like my 1-4 Leopold pig plex for that situation. Or up grade and get the 1-4 with lite recital.
