    Refinished Savage 110

Here is a Savage 110 that I refinished recently, it wasn't heavily pitted, just small rust spots and some worn bluing from field use.
I polished the barrel to a gloss shine, then gave the bolt handle and receiver a matte finish. I think it turned out pretty good

Looks good. Doesn't look like a home cold bluing job that's for sure.

Looks great. What did you use to refinish the barrel? Action?

Wow! Looks as good as if Colt had done it! I’ve toyed with the idea of using bluing salts, but never have done it. Cold blue small things, & like Cerama or Gunkote for big jobs. Beautiful job Bandit!
