    Hi from western Oklahoma

With Remington having so much trouble I settled for a Savage GRS in 6.5 creedmoor and remington doesn't cross my mind much anymore. This GRS will stack them in. I love it. Now I won't settle for a Remimgton. Thought I would get on here and check out other Savage guys experience.

Hi from northeast OK. I too used to be a Remington 700 guy until I tried a Savage. Now, Savage all the way!!! I greatly enjoy doing my own gunsmithing and they shoot phenomenally well!!!!!!!!!!

    Yes Rem is slipping.

I spent countless weekends on Canton lake during my childhood.

Just look at the fit and finish of them since they have been sold out. Their new barrel coatings accelerate rust. And they have always had poor barrel twist rates.

Canton Lake is on the western side of the state. I havent been there for almost 30 years. It used to have great fishing, caught a lot of stripers, big cats, and walleyes.

What did you catch the strippers on BB68? Shiny poles, $100 bills or something else?
