I was going to say something on your last thread but I kept my comments to myself.
I guess I shouldn't have been concerned about lack of fluted bull barrel on my new 12fcv. Got down to the range today with some loads I worked up for my AR and it shot 3/4 inch groups once it got warmed up. I think with a little load developement it will do just fine!

All 3 of my 12FVs have proven to be tack drivers, I had a feeling, from your other post, you would end up liking it

+1 on accuracy of the FV even from the box. My .223 9 twist is a real shooter even with the 80 gr AMAX's for longer range shooting. rc
My 12FV 308 with the Factory stock shot great too.. with hand loads I scare people at the range when they look at my targets.. ;D All I did was a stockade stock and am very happy..
