Hello gang, thanks for letting me join. I'm a novice collector, and have a modest collection of handguns and long guns. I recently acquired my first Savage rifle. It is a model 29 in exceptional condition. It has an octagonal barrel, Indian Head on the butt plate, and serial number is 3370. I will try to get some images loaded here at some point. Regards, Mike
