Don't know of anyone other than Savage that could help you there as I don't know of anyone keeping up with rimfire production info on the newer guns. When they're building 250,000 to 300,000 a year (or more), they're not exactly rare or worthy of collector interest.
The reason the rimfire S/N's don't have a letter prefix is because they're all made in Canada, not at the Westfield plant. Why they don't use them up there I have no clue, but they never have.
