Model 12 F/TR question on the action

Is the action on the Model 12 F/TR cut on the bottom so if the action and barrel were put in a chassis it would work with detachable magazines? Or is the action just a solid block on the bottom and would not allow this?

    Thanks

You could have Fred open the bottom up for you. The best thing is to get a LRP action.
