what model stock fits Stevens 200?

I have a Stevens 200 I bought a few years ago at Academy. I cut down the Stevens factory plastic stock back then, and now need a replacement. What factory take off stock will the long action (.270) stevens fit into?

Any stock that is center feed long action

Depending on how much you cut off you may be able to just use a thicker recoil pad from a gunsmith supply like Brownells or Midway to put the length back where you need it to be.
