LH mdl 10 223, WIW

I have found a LH mdl 10 with a heavy varmint barrel with around 50 rounds down the tube according to the owner, rifle only. WIW?

My thoughts are to buy it and screw my Shaw 24" 260 barrel on it for a deer rifle.

Flat-back or round top?
AccuTrigger or no?
DBM or blind magazine?

Ballpark I'd say anywhere from $300-500 depending on the above questions.
