I don't believe so. The Featherweight stock is wider at the butt and shorter because of the cheekpiece of the Boyds vs. straight comb of the XP. Plus it's no small job to grind a pad flush without a vertical belt sander before you stain and finish the wood. Matching the wood afterwards without hitting it is double tough.
I must say I REALLY like the Pachmayr 1" pad I had them put on my Featherweigth Thumbhole. Looks great, feels great. And it's less pointy so it doesn't catch hunting jackets/vests.
