Hey all!

First post... so naturally it's about a problem, ha.

I have a Savage A-22 in .22 LR that I liked enough to take to a gunsmith to have the barrel shortened and threaded (I had some gunsmith credit so eh, why not?). I picked it up yesterday and noticed the action isn't the same as it was. Everything works, and the trigger breaks clean, but there's now a distinctive "thunk" when resetting the trigger after a shot. I opened up the action and it looks like what's happening is the hammer is jumping into place when the trigger safety is fully released, causing the nasty feedback. I don't believe this was happening before so I'm guessing something got thrown out of whack while it was being worked on.

Any advice? I'm not hugely familiar with the AccuTrigger system so I don't know if I'm missing something obvious.
