    Recoil pad for synthetic stocks

I am building my wife a 7mm08 to shoot. I need sugestions for a good recoil pad for a synthetic stock. I would like a limbsaver, but they all state that they are for wood stocks. Will it fit a synthetic?

You may have to get a "grind to fit" pad and fit it yourself. On my short action synthetic stocks I epoxy a wood plug into the buttstock so the pad screws have someplace to go besides Styrofoam. I use HiViz X-Coil pads on all my guns.

I am assuming the gun is a short action since it is a 7-08. All the pads khuff referenced are for long action guns and I believe they are different than the short actions. At least thats what the guys at HiViz told me.
