Is that enough bullets to shoot out a barrel Dennis?
They who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety.

2 or 3, I have over 4,000 bullets for my 308's. They all love these. I am selling 2,000 of them now! I will never shoot all the bullets I have. And I have already sold thousands!

Berger is obviously your favorite brand but they make many different bullets. Plus, you said to ask.
I personally like the 190 vld out of my Sako .300wm

That's what I did with the Hornady 6.5 140gr ELD-Match. My 260 really likes that bullet lol

Accept my apologies, sometimes I rush thru the posts and should pay better attention.

I like 190 VLD's, they shoot just about as good. Berger 168's are awesome, I shoot in fields with plenty of wind, so I prefer the heavier bullets!

"Berger" is NOT my favorite bullet across the board!

It's what ever rifle I am shooting, and what it likes. I have a few rifles that like SMK's, and few that like Bart's, a few like JLK's.

    My 6mm's & 6.5mm's for some reason loves SMK's!

My favorite hunting bullets are the Nosler Ballistic Tips, and the Accu-bonds!

The NBT's are just plain destructive!

About - *gulp* - 40 years ago I started loading a .222 Rem with the Sierra 1410 HPBT MatchKing bullet. I am still using that bullet in my .223 Rem. That's a pretty good run.

This should really be in the classifieds. But since we are on the topic and 30 cal as not mentioned.
The Dunning-Kruger effect is alive and well.

My Sako loves the 190gr vld as well. My son shoots NBTs out of his 7mag and that is the most lethal deer round I have ever seen. It just plain kills them drt. Deer react to it totally different than any other bullet I have ever shot.

Like Robinhood, my 6.5 Creedmoor likes 142 grain SMKs.
It also likes Hornady 140 grain ELD-M and 147 ELD-M bullets.
I bought 2,000 140 ELD-M bullets and have already shot about 1700 of them.

With my Savage .308s, one prefers 155 and 168 TMKs and the other prefers 175 and 195 TMKs.
