I've never seen a LH small port Savage action - not on a Stealth at least. Every one I've seen has the standard (large port) action and no other LH models are offered with a small-port action. Can't comment on the Evolution as I've yet to see one in person, but I do know the high res photo I got in the press kit last January shows the LH Evolution having a smaller than standard port (both pic's are from the right side of the action).
You might be able to special order just the action through the custom shop, but you'd have to call Savage and talk to Effie Sullivan about that.
