    Best Savage DBM for 6.8 SPC II Build?


    I bought a used Savage 11 in .308 Win to convert to 6.8 SPC. I got a barrel from McGowan barrels and a 6.8bolt head and a .223 front baffle. I also have a Savage 11 in 7.62x39. Neither the .308 or 7.62x39 DBM's work as-is.

    What Savage DBM either works as-is or will work with the least amount of/easiest modification?

    I've searched on this and other forums, and have seen various people using various parent mags that they've modded. But none seem to be seen as the "best" DBM solution.

    I ordered a .223 mag off of ebay yesterday. It should be here in a week or so.
