Actions Suitable for 7 mm 300

Resurrecting an old thread about building a 7mm 300 or 28 Nosler for 195 grain bullets. Was advised first go round, if Savage, look for an Ultra mag action. Buds.com lists the following

Are these suitable?
Complete Savage Alaskan 338 win mag. Less than $500.
Rem 700 action 300 Ultra Mag with ProTrigger. $370.
Rem 700 Ultra Mag receiver body. $240.
