Stevens 311 - Series differences?

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to the forum and recently bought a Savage/Stevens 311 Series H 20 Ga. It may need a few parts in the future and I have noticed that there are many different series within the 311 model.

Does anyone know if any information exists regarding what the differences might be? I have seen series A - H and the schematics all look roughly the same.

Mostly cosmetic (pressed checkering vs plain stocks, birch vs. walnut, etc.).

In looking at Numrich for possible future parts availability, they list parts for the following guns:

311
311A
311C
311C series F
311C series H
311D
311D series F
311D series H
311E
311E series F
311E series H

My new (to me) 20 guage notes "311 series H" on the side. Do you guys think I should order parts from the "311" list since there is no letter designator after the 311 (like 311D) on my gun?

The serial number is C7785XX.
