The answer would be, "maybe" - just depends on your rifles.
The 110S was offered back in the late 70's, possibly into the early 80's IIRC. If the 110S is a Gen I short action then yes, you should be able to. If'n it's a long-action, then no. The tail on the rear of the bolt head (the part that the front baffle slips over and extends back into the bolt body) is a different length on the short and long action bolt heads which would cause issues with the firing pin assembly.
The other thing you might run into is that the 110S likely has alignment nub in the bolt body and the Model 12 may or may not have the groove in it's bolt head for said nub. If that's the case just remove the nub from the inside of the bolt body as the only purpose it served was to prevent the assemblers at the factory from installing the bolt head 180-degrees out which would result in the ejector trying to kick the case out the wrong side of the action where there's no port.

The real answer is no. The 110S uses a long action bolt head for the fat firing pin. The model 12 is a short action bolt head and likely set up for the smaller firing pin.

Question, is the cross head pin hole, 90 degrees different on bolt head & bolt body.
No...it's a series"J". The series"J" is oriented the same as current production.
