Anyone have a spare action screw ?

I am looking to see if anyone has a spare stainless steel action screw, “ front screw” the shorter one ?
This is for my model 12 target action.
i know I can order them from a few vendors, but thought i would ask. I will send a self addressed bubble envelope to cover all postage and give you a few bucks as well.

Go down to your local hardware store and buy one, or get one from Amazon. They're 1/4x28 if I remember correctly. The clerk can help you confirm you're buying the correct size. Try to find a store with one of those displays of specialty hardware, the ones with the multiple pull out drawers. Cut the screw to length and be sure not to make it too long or it will bind up your bolt.

I buy them from McMaster-Carr. Trim the head to .375 and part to length. If you cant get savage to send you one tell me the length you need and I will cut one to fit for you.

BIG hardware store is you best choice. Pick the ones you want, get them a little long so you have FULL thread contact and cut them to length.
    1/4" X 28 TPI is what you're after.
