450 bushmaster

I was thinking of taking a model 10 or a 110 in 300wsm and changing the bolt face to a 308 (I have one that came off another build ) and building a 450 bushmaster any issues that I may not be thinking of . Thanks

So...why a 450 bushmaster?
Not a 45 Raptor?
Or a long action 458 WM?

where i hunt 450 is more than enough

Mine had some trouble feeding from the magazine. I had it on a DBM and I think it was the third round that would always pop out of the magazine. There are some threads on here about it the 450 feeding issues.

Savage is offering a couple models in .450 Bushmaster now (i.e. the 110 Wolverine) so you should be able to get a proper magazine housing rather than having to modify one to work with it.
