    F/TR

I just picked a used F/TR and need a bipod that fits the accesery rail. What are you using, and where can I find one?
    Thanks

I started with a regular harris bipod.

You will find that a wider footprint will provide better stability and torque resistance, so I soon upgraded to a Sinclair F-Class bipod from Sinclair International.

I now use a Joy-Pod which works well for me. Another that you will see on the line pretty often is the Duplin.

Do you have one of these?

If you do get one of these...

Just noticed Randy had posted while I was taking care of some critical issues. The Duplin and the SEB are considerably more expensive but favored over the Sinclair by many.

I do not have the first item in the pic, but it looks like what I need. Where do I get one, Sinclair also? I'm going to shoot off the bench not prone. I already have the bipod so I'll see how it works for probably not to much money.

Not like on a pivot. You adjust the legs if the ground or platform is not level.

The adapter is from McMillan. Others make/sell them.
