260 remington

Hello. I am a new member, and this is my first post. I have two questions: I have just purchased a Weather Warrior left hand 7mm-08 and am curious to know how the 1:11.5 twist is performing. Also, I am interested in the 260 remington and want to know if the 22" gives adequate velocity compared to a 24" barrel.

I just built a load for my .260 with a 140 Amax. It has not been shot thru the chrono, Quickload shows 2778 fps out of my 24 inch barrel.
