It is very hard to keep a positive attitude when dealing with SSS. I have had a stock on order, paid for upfront, 13 month how, and cannot get any answers to my email as to when I will receive it. In my opinion, if you cannot deliver your product to your customers or stay in touch with them you should discontinue taking orders till you can. I have no explanation about why we are not getting any emails from you. There isn’t even any in the junk files.
