    Be aware

    First, I am not flaming just stating email facts.

    the following are emails between Glades Armoury and myself.

    Kevin agreed they shipped the wrong item and offered to replace the item with the correct one n/c ..
    Now Kevin is avoiding contact.
    Like so many others have learned about his business practices..

    Hi,
    I received my tactical bolt handle. I just opened the package this morning.
    It is not the one pictured on my order.
    The one I got has the oversized handle
    I believe the one I ordered had the black tactical handle.



    Please let me know how we can work this out.

    you agreed to send a correct tactical knob as you shipped the wrong knob
    I am requesting a full refund because you have been avoiding all my emails and any contact

    apparently I am not the only customer you have done this with

    it’s all over the web forums
    your business practices are less than desirable

    word of mouth and forum go a long way

    I am sorry you are not interested in taking care of your business customers

    Hmm, I had exactly the opposite experience with Kevin. Initially, I received the Tactical bolt handle and installed on my rifle. It sat on the rifle for a couple months but was not used, as I was still building it. One day I was cycling the action and noticed a chunk of the handle missing. Never found the piece, but could see the casting was pourus in that area. I emailed the pics to Kevin and he agreed it was due to a void in the casting. He apologized, took responsibility & and even offered a second bolt handle in stainless to make up for it! I declined the second and told him I only wanted what I paid for. Week or so later I had my new bolt handle. They are the best ones made. BY FAR the most attractive! I’m sorry you are having such a time with him. BTW, did it work out? It’s been a month.
