First, I am not flaming just stating email facts.

the following are emails between Glades Armoury and myself.

Kevin agreed they shipped the wrong item and offered to replace the item with the correct one n/c ..
Now Kevin is avoiding contact.
Like so many others have learned about his business practices..

Hi,
I received my tactical bolt handle. I just opened the package this morning.
It is not the one pictured on my order.
The one I got has the oversized handle
I believe the one I ordered had the black tactical handle.



Please let me know how we can work this out.
