New savage edge scope mounting

Hey Guys this is my first post ! I bought my 2nd savage e rifle today to put under my nikon scope ! And it is to short ! I found mounts on a web sight ! And it wanted me to pick between a 0moa or a 20moa and i dont have any ideal what the difference is Please help ! I just shoot maybe 3 or 400 yards hunting at most please help
