What Savage is this? What is "ZOT"

Hello, i have pay a Rifle from Savage, its a Benchrest Rifle 30.06 with a Bull Barrel (1 1/4") and 26" Long.
Its a Custom Rifle, but, what a Savage is this?? Someone built a custom sleeve for the action.

The Kaliber 30.06 and its write "ZOT"...on barell and receiver! See picture.
The receiver and Barell very professionel making, is "ZOT" a Custom-Shop?
And why has a sleeve for action?
Its Shooting very good.

Best I can tell is that ZOT is/was possibly an accessory manufacturer from what I gather from a Google search. See some airsoft gun parts, some range bags, things like that. Also got a few results for Z.O.T. which equates to Zombie Operations Team.

We've seen a few folks from your side of the pond who have adapted airsoft parts designed for Rem 700 clones to work on Savage's, though mostly with rimfire rifles. Given everything but the action is custom, what model it started as makes no difference other than it's a Model 110. It clearly has an older stagger feed style magazine box and that looks like a SSS Competition trigger.
