Just got back from Wyoming !

Had a great time but a lot of work! I drew my third choice unit and it had been hit pretty hard the first few days as evidenced by the gut piles, hides and bones scattered around. I still managed to do OK I think,

I filled a couple of doe/fawn tags the next day also, he wasn't the biggest buck I saw by a long shot but from what I saw was a fair representative of what was left in the area on the limited amount of public land available to hunt.

Congrats on the kill. How long of a shot did you have to take. Did you spot and stalk, hunt over a water hole, or what?

I hunted spot & stalk, the shot was about 200 yards, I took this picture from where he was laying when I took the shot, he was bedded and never got up.

I took the shot from the top of the hill in the background. I was on a lot of animals every day I hunted but for one reason or another it just didn't work out, this was a DIY hunt.

Don't throw those ribs away. If you like Mexican style "Cabrito", barbecued goat (or lamb), you'll love barbecued antelope ribs.

Nice connect and very decent buck.
