Any good places to shoot near you? Id love to find a place where you can get out a few hundred yards. There are clubs you can join but I'd rather find a public spot.

Not really to many options for stretching the distance. I'd love to find a place to shoot out to 300 yards. The St. Cloud range goes out to 200. I know the club in Elk River has a range that goes out to 600 but there is a ton of hoops to jump through to become a member and I just don't have the time or money to commit to that. Ill just be content with my backyard 100 yard range.

There is a place I go down near Wabasha that's 250 but its over an hours drive. I wish I could shoot in my backyard.

Hibbing here we have a 600 yard range not too many hoops to jump but heck-of-a-drive for you.
I do most of my shooting in the back yard also I have a 100/150.
