Model 12 BVSS vs. LRPV

Can anyone tell me the difference between action and barrels on the BVSS vs. LRPV I really cannot see any difference on website perhaps a heavier barrel,? target trigger?. What justifies the higher price?

The actions are different
Mounting screws are different
LRPV action contains more metal (smaller port)
LRPV is large shank

BVSS is a laminated
LRPV is a synthetic made by H-S Precision

Barrel
LRPV barrel is larger in diameter at both ends
