model 10t-sr mag question

I just bought a Model 10t-sr in a 6mm creedmoor for doing some long range shooting. I am looking for a 10 round mag for it and was wondering if a 10fcp-sr mag model 55185 would fit?

I'm really hoping you guys are more informative than Savage Customer Service. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what but she was rude enough with her answer that I'm turning to you guys for help.

So said no but I have a hard time believing it since I wouldn't think they would have a separate mag for this gun only.

I have a 10T in 308, presuming it’s the same rifle, savage makes a 10 round mag (only fits 9 though). Not sure on that one your talking about but if you can try it before buying it, about the only way you will know. Unless someone here already tried it.

I am pretty sure the 10rd fcp-sr mag will fit.

The magazine for the 10T is Savage part #110930. Here is a snip from an email exchange with Savage a couple years ago when I picked up a 10T in 6.5CM ...

That frame will accept the 10 round mag part number 110930. It is $58 and you can order by calling 800-370-0708 and ask for parts.

I finally got around to ordering the mag. The above one fits, I haven't loaded and fired it yet, but if it locks in. it should be fine.
