    Subsonic. 223

I'm working on some subsonic loads for fun and just curious if cfe pistol would be logical choice to push some 55gr fmjbt bullets. I know of some loads for clays, titegroup, and trail boss. But I only have some cfe pistol.

Disclaimer: I know I might as well shoot 22lr but this is purely novelty, and possibly a trainer round to get my wife used to the rifle.

I worked up some subsonic 223 for my brother using trailboss, hodgdon website has data, which was what I used.
if you wanna play with subsonic stuff trailboss is the bomb, also use it for 30-30, 7.62x54r and several others

Thanks I think the three I listed including trail boss is what I should go with considering that's the only published load data
