    Yet another reason...

...to NOT shop at Dick's. Will no longer be selling "assault rifles"(a liberal term that means absolutely nothing),any hi-cap magazines or any gun sales to anyone under 21. Like I needed another reason, this place is aptly named!

I really don't blame them....they still have the right to restrict sales to customers they believe are mature and competent. Every FFL holder has the right to deny a sale if they feel there is something wrong, no matter what the situation.
If you take a hard look at the mentality of today's freshly minted adults, you'd know that "18" is the new "12".

I think they're just pandering to the paranoia. Why is it the law abiding always get punished when it comes to guns?!

When a terrorist drives a truck into a crowd, it's the terrorist
When a terrorist stabs people, it's the terrorist
When a terrorist makes an IED and kills scores, it's the terrorist
When a terrorist shoots people, it's the gun.

I would think a discrimination law suite is in the making for them refusing to sell to a federally legal labeled person.

They've been pulling the same stunt since Sandy Hook, but nobody cared because they had such great sales on 700 Varmint Specials. Their CEO is now officially anti-2A, is everyone grasping the concept yet?

Id be very surprised if the gubmint would prosecute anybody for destroying their own guns, especially AR15s.
I was not even aware it would be illegal to do that.
As for Dicks, why wouldn't it be their right to set what ever policy they want within the law as to how they run their own business?

I had been boycotting on their prices alone. I will doubt they will miss me now, that I will never step foot into their stores again. The irony of a outdoor store lobbying against gun rights...
