    Axis Mag

I have Axis 223 rem. I put the action in a Boyds stock .My Mag will not stay in the rifle I tried bending the Mag clip but it snaped off. I now have a new mag and it will not stay clipped in. anyone have any ideas.

Call boyds. Maybe ream the plastic chingadera on the front action screw so it slides toward the trigger more.

Is that much different than a Thingamajig. Is it adjustable? On an At-1 I had to enlarge the mag opening a bit to get the mag to come out somewhat more easily and open up the rear area so the safety would work. On the thumbhole stock everything worked very nicely, the fit is tight but that is good.
