    Some pics of BSWN

Poked some holes in the paper today.. Started pretty windy with gusts up to 20mph. Wind calls were critical. Great shoot! Really enjoyed my time here. This was the 600 yard midrange

Nice pics. I saw the scores on AS Forum. Figured it must have been windy. Some good scores, however.

    When is the 1,000 match?

The flags were straight out and dust was blowing for the first few strings. 10mph steady with 20mph gusts. Plus the wind really swirls at that range.
They are shooting 1K on Sunday. I could only attend the midrange match due to previous engagements.

My first BSWN too. I didn’t shoot my best. I did have the pleasure shooting along side of Scott Harris. I learned a lot and made some great realizations about my shooting. Especially my need to improve my wind reading skills.
It was an awesome shoot. Definitely planning on next year.

I had supper one night with a group that included Scott and his wife, Christine. Very, very nice people. Their whole family can shoot, too!!

I did not shoot well either. Some of it was my inability to read the wind for sure, but I seemed to have some shots that you just feel like ""where in the world did that come from". But, I still had a great time and will go back!
