SSS poor reliable delivery dates

going back to early October my buddy ordered a stock, he received an email same day, vendor said would be ready for Christmas, left a few emails and called a few times no answer to see what is going on with the stock, no reply's, guess i have to cancel out, will give them another week.

PS strange they reply to emails quickly when a purchase is made. but yet will not reply and give customer an update once they got your order.

just thought I would make an update on the stock, delivery date could not be made, extremely busy, was reimbursed. no problem.
