If you are actually going to be dialing, not just on occasion, but truly using the scope adjustment; the SIII is the only choice.
That particular Leupy I'm not familiar with, but none of them take constant dialing very well.

Well I ordered the s1136 BRD dch.alot of people seem to like it over weaver and Leopold competition. o well its only money.
Yes I dial in the dope two to three days a week from March to October. It's free and I take the atv, only 15 minute ride. Thnks
