Nice. What bullet load was that?

The ammo was some handloads I loaded up with SMK 142’s, Hornady fireformed brass, BR2 primers and H4350. Bullets seated .025 out of the lands. I’ve got 4 Creedmoors and this load shoots great out of all of them.

Nice group. Just picked up the 12FV in 6.5 that I bought during the Black Friday Sale but haven't shot it yet. Still looking for a good scope.

A little trick I learned right here on this site with regard to using calipers to measure groups; Close your calipers on the bullet you're shooting and push the ZERO button. Then measure outside to outside of groups and you'll get CTC dimension. Still got the red mark on my forehead from when I read that (I was schooled in mechanical calipers).... DUH!
Banning a gun will not solve what is a mental health crisis inflamed by incendiary rhetoric on social and television media. The first amendment in this case is less precious and more likely the causal factor than the second amendment.

Finally got a chance to shoot some reloads.
    140 eldm. Hornady brass. F210M. H4350. 2.825 coal .030 off. 35 degrees 70% RH 300' elev 5-8 wind at 0 degrees.

    40.3gr 2631 es 8
    40.7gr 2648 es 5
    41.1gr 2693 es 29
    41.5 gr. 2718 es 27

12 shots all 4 loads. Excuse the tape had to reuse a target.

note the 45 fps increase and increase in es between 40.7 and 40.1. Now I noticed I was not centered exactly on the chrono at the end of shooting so it could be that the sensors were not square. Not sure. Going to ease up a bit as no pressure signs and check at 300 see if the es holds up. Normally I would shoot a single shot ladder and find max pressure but really wanted to shoot some groups with what is a known accuracy load the original 41.5 Hornady load. Plus it's hunting season and time is at premium. Overall very sarisfied.

Fixed your links in the first two posts. Not sure what code you were copying, but lots of mumbo-jumbo in it that wasn't needed.

Thanks. Not sure. This site is the only one I've had issues with. I just copy the img link at photobucket and paste in post.
