    Thumbs Down SSS

It is very hard to keep a positive attitude when dealing with SSS. I have had a stock on order, paid for upfront, 7 months and cannot get any answers to my email as to when I will receive it. In my opinion, if you cannot deliver your product to your customers or stay in touch with them you should discontinue taking orders till you can. No matter how good you are, if you can't deliver you are taking advantage of your customers.

Nine months how, and no stock or conversations.

I agree with "chetc", once they have your money, they lose interest in you.
