    Hello from NW Georgia


    Greetings from the NW Georgia/Chattanooga, TN area. Long time lurker; first time poster! I've owned a Stevens 200 in 7mm-08 for several years. It's been sitting in the safe for the last few of them, but I'm back to hunting this season and so my Savage interests have been refocused. I also have a Boyd's laminate stock and a Rifle Basix SAV-1 trigger that I bought but never installed. Hopefully, I can install those soon during the next off-season. Maybe I'll even pillar and glass bed the action!

    Besides hunting I have general shooting interests. I own a few handguns from Ruger, Taurus, and CZ. I also recently assembled my first AR-15 style rifle from parts. Perhaps once the kids' soccer season is over I can check out some of the local 3GUN and IPDA matches. I am looking forward to participating in this forum and hopefully someday contributing!
