Short action 110 to 35 Remington

    Hi All.
Lots of talk of this, but has anyone done it? Just got an E series 243 ( never had luck with that round. Bought it for everything but the barrel) and I do like the old 35.
Am thinking of doing a 24 inch barrel with aperture sight.
My question is, are there any feed issues? No point if it won't feed 100%. Got the rifle on layaway, so I can't check it. Also the rear of the chamber on a 243 is larger than on a 35 Remington, so it may work in the larger hole, but jam on the proper one. I don't need the power of the 358 and recoil and me are not friends. Besides, I have dies, brass and bullets for the 35 Remington.
So. To those who have done it, how did it turn out?
    Thanks!

Have not done it but helped my bud acquire the stuff for building a 358 winchester. Bang flop.
