I have a new 11FCNS, Accustock/trigger. For the life of me I cannot seem to find magazines for sale for this thing. 1911 auto magazines are ubiquitous, you can find them in your sleep. Mags for Savage guns seem to be the anti-1911, they just don't exist anywhere. What's the deal? Google turns up nothing except discussions about the rifles.
$84 for a stinking 4 round magazine?

You could get a 110 BA in .338 Lapua then; For Just $1 more you could ad a fifth round!!! :D
A quick look yielded a 9 round mag for $80. I did not see the one you mentioned. I am on my phone so I'm not looking too much.

True not every hunting/sporting goods store will carry extra magazines for Savages. But then many don't carry them for Remington, Browning, CZ or a host of other manufacturers. There a slow moving item that is best bought either from a individual/store that specializes in there sale. Litterly hundreds of different shapes, capacities, makers etc. that its impossible for one store too carry them. We have several vendors that frequent our gun shows who specialize in them.
A magazine "frame" is not a magazine.....it is genericly called "bottom metal".

One search and I turned up probably 15 sites. Here are 2 22-250 and a 243/308. The 243 is the predator but the only difference is the color.
