Anybody else have a 17 Hornet Model 25 with a long throat?

Anybody else with a Model 25 in 17 Hornet find that the throat measures out kinda long?

Touching the lands on my rifle, a 20 gr projectile is *just* engaged into the neck of the modified case on my OAL gauge. Wondering what others have done here in terms of seating depth.

    long throat

I also have a .17 Hornet with a long throat. Since the model 25 is magazine fed, all you can do is seat your bullets out as far as you can and still be able to have them function through the magazine. That's what I did with mine and when I get the powder, bullet, and primer combination right it shoots under 3/8" MOA.
