    Bell & Carlson stocks

So I am looking at either the Bell & Carlson Adjustable Cheekpiece Medalist Tactical style 6 or the Varmint Tactical medalist style 2. Besides the adjustable cheek piece, the only real difference seems to be the forestock. The style 2 looks flatter and possibly wider/bulkier, where the style 6 is rounder.

    So my questions are:

In what cisrcumstances is the rounder front end better than the flat? (Or is the rounder front better)

Which do you prefer (and why)?

Flat forends ride bags, benches and barricades better.

If you have the right bag though it barely makes a difference.
