    small bolt head

Does anyone make a smaller bolt head than 223 size for the savages, I was thinking about a 5.7x28 fn single shot build.

The problem with a 5.7 x28 on a standard action is that they don't want to feed even in a single shot. Tha cartridge is so small in diameter and short it can't make it off the ramp into the breech with out help from your fingers.
