Got the three out to photograph and compare today.
The 243 110L is from 1958 per the barrel code and is missing its iron sights. It's wearing a Leupold M8 4X.
The 30-06 110L is from 1959 per the barrel code and at various points picked up a flash hider and recoil pad. That will also wear a Leupold M8 4X.
Both 110L's have nice checkering and a few blemishes. I haven't shot the 30-06 yet.
The righty 30-06 110 is from 1963 and lacks the checkered stock. There is a haphazard E stamped near the 110 if that happens to mean anything.
Other differences include the front sight mounting and stock relief for an aftermarket receiver sight. It's been interesting tracking down parts to put the righty 110 back together. I learned all about the narrowed vs. wide floorplates. I'm still trying to track down an early set of sights for the 243 to make that complete.
I'd be interested to see the other pre-66 years' models if y'all would like to post up the pictures. If I'm not careful this could turn into a quest to find a lefty from each year '60-'66.

Found a second 243 that was 50 spots further up the assembly process. Of note, the earlier rifle has a K date code while the later rifle has a J date code.Originally Posted by MrFurious
