I went to Kwa Zulu Natal in South Africa last year to hunt an 80,000 acre free range area for Nyala last year. I was being really picky so I didn't shoot my first animal until day 5 of an 8 day hunt and wound up only shooting three animals on the whole hunt.

A one horned bushbuck. He was so old that he was blind in one eye and had cataracts in the other, he had almost no teeth left and my PH said that he wouldn't have lived through the next dry season.

Here's a jackal that I shot when we caught him out walking one morning. The 375 H&H is really just a bit over matched for this size animal
