positive feedback for a change

I know this is unheard of but I am giving two thumbs up for SSS and Lisa in particular.
I contacted Lisa by email on Friday the 23rd of June and on Monday July 3rd my parts were delivered. 6 working days, 10 days total from time of contact and mailing check to time of delivery what more can you ask for?

I sent a PTA in for T & T on 11/2/17 and got it back on 12/27/17.
That is about 7 weeks not bad considering todays wait times.
I ordered a new McMillan edge for this action in the middle of October and will not see it until April.
